HOW WE WORK
Hired separately, by a limited number of guests
Napa Valley Noir is an independent company. Our itinerary planning is hired directly by you and is not included with any BFWE pass or with the BLOOM Passport.
Our planning begins with a $350 paid consultation, where we learn how you want the days to feel and explore what’s possible for your dates. From there we design the itinerary and handle every reservation.
We accept a limited number of clients that week. In 2026, we were fully booked.

Between BLOOM events you’ll have open hours, and they’re worth giving to the Valley itself. If you do one thing with them, make it the Napa Valley Wine Train.
Restored vintage Pullman cars, a multi-course meal, and stretches of vineyards sliding past the window. No driving, no reservations to chase — you sit back and relax while Napa Valley comes to you. It’s the easiest day in Wine Country, and it happens to be a beautiful one.
Our favorite option? The two-story VIP Vista Dome car, pictured above. Elevated views. Elevated menu.
Reserve early for the best pricing.
